On April 17, 2026, the Supreme Court of British Columbia (the "Court") granted an Initial Order under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act ("CCAA") in respect of Coast Appliances and PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. ("PwC") was appointed as the Court-appointed Monitor with enhanced powers to oversee the proceedings.
