Guided by a shared vision of building a distinctive financial services firm where expertise, listening, and collaboration are at the heart of everything they do, the three organizations are excited to join forces.

Suzanne Fortin, Founder and President of Orchestro, will continue her involvement with the organization as a partner while dedicating more of her time to her role as an advisor to the organizations she supports. In addition, Jonathan Bolduc, Vice President of BCH Collectif, will serve on the Board of Directors of the new organization to support its growth, governance, and strategic direction.
As part of this transition, the leadership of the new subsidiary has been entrusted to Jean-Simon St-Laurent, Director of Operations at Orchestro, Jonathan Laverdière, Director of Finance at Orchestro, and Patrice Jean, President of Ellipse Insurance.
Jean-Simon St-Laurent is enthusiastic about contributing to this new venture: "I am honoured to take part in the creation of a strong, ambitious, and future-focused organization alongside our teams and partners. This new chapter represents a unique opportunity to continue our mission while creating even greater value for our clients."
