New subsidiary establishes a permanent Canadian presence for the company's CNG and RNG infrastructure business as fleets pursue lower fuel costs and new value under Canada's Clean Fuel Regulations

LAKE HAVASU CITY, Ariz., Oct. 7, 2026 /CNW/ -- PSI Fuels, LLC today announced the launch of PSI Fuels Canada Ltd., a newly formed subsidiary supporting the company's growing compressed natural gas (CNG) and renewable natural gas (RNG) infrastructure business across Canada.

The expansion is already under way. PSI Fuels' first Canadian project is advancing in Quebec, with additional opportunities moving through contracting and development in other provinces.

PSI's leadership team brings more than 25 years of CNG and RNG infrastructure experience, including multiple completed projects in Canada and hundreds more across North America.

Supporting Canadian Fleets for the Long Term

PSI Fuels Canada Ltd. will provide design-build services, construction management, commissioning, operations and ongoing service for projects across the country, supported by PSI Fuels' U.S.-based engineering, procurement and project delivery teams.

The launch comes as commercial and municipal fleets take a closer look at alternatives to conventional diesel, driven by fuel costs, emissions requirements and changing fleet economics.

Based on current PSI project economics, certain Canadian fleet applications can achieve fuel-cost savings of more than 70% compared with diesel, depending on fuel prices, vehicle utilization, station configuration and other project-specific factors. Canada's Clean Fuel Regulations can create additional value through credits generated by lower-carbon transportation fuels.
